This study examines the behavior of circular concretes externally confined by green sustainable WHBR FRP containing water hyacinth fiber ropes and bio-resin. principally purposes to discover axial stress-strain relationship FRP-confined concrete. A total 10 with a dimension 150×300 mm were cast, strengthened one four layers FRP, tested under compression. The stress deformability observed be increased along addition layers. accurateness existing ultimate strain models natural concrete was evaluated using test results. Indicating need for newly developed precisely predict values concrete, precise in estimating Keywords confinement, disaster risk reduction, stress-strain, fiber.
